   Week 1 — Scope

   We agree the tasks, environments, viewpoints, and annotation schema, and write them into a collection spec.

   Weeks 2–3 — Collect and annotate

   A fixed volume of episodes is captured in real workplaces and annotated against the spec, with QC on every batch.

3. 03

   Week 4 — Deliver and review

   Data lands in your storage with manifests and acceptance rates. We review results with your team and plan the production run.
