Each pass follows a route. Check and refill paper, soap, and towels. Wipe sinks, counters, and mirrors with a microfiber cloth and a spray bottle. Spot mop spills, and fully mop at low-traffic moments with a wet floor sign out. Stalls get a glance for anything blocked or broken, and a toilet brush and disinfectant when needed. Trash is pulled before it overflows, bags tied and carted out through a back corridor. During intermission the attendant stands by with a plunger and a cart and handles a stall at a time while a line moves past.
The head camera on the attendant shows the inspection glance, which is the thing a machine has to learn: a quick look that decides whether a sink needs a wipe or the floor needs a mop. Fixed cameras are placed in corridors and supply areas only, never inside the restrooms themselves, and the head camera is paused in any situation where a guest could be identifiable. Recording covers full event shifts.
Delivery is by pass, each one segmented into restock, surface wipe, floor, stall check, and trash. Labels are plain. Each pass is tagged complete or incomplete based on a supervisor checklist, and problems such as a clog or a broken dispenser are flagged. Hand, tool, and supply tracking are optional. Attendants are consented and paid, the footage is cleared for commercial model training, and samples ship within a business day.
