Manufacturing or Fabrication

First-person and fixed-camera video of machine tending, metalwork, welding, part finishing, and line assembly from working factories, annotated for robot learning.

Factory floors are where physical AI will earn its keep, and where the gap between demo and deployment is widest. Loading a CNC, deburring a casting, laying a weld bead, or assembling a sub-component all depend on judgment that operators build over years.

HiOps films operators from their own point of view while they tend machines, cut and form metal, weld, trim and finish parts, and work assembly lines. Fixed cameras provide a stable second view of the work cell.

Capture setup: one head-mounted camera on the worker, two fixed cameras on the workstation, all recorded in sync.

We collect in job shops and production plants under their safety rules. Welding footage uses appropriate filtering. Every person in frame has consented and is compensated.

Episodes are segmented by operation and step, with language labels, defect and outcome tags, and tool and part tracking where you need it. Delivery is in your schema, into your own bucket.
