Animal Pen Cleaning or Waste Removal

Nobody films mucking out a pen for fun, which is exactly why there is almost no training data for it. The work is a fork, a shovel, a wheelbarrow, and a space shared with animals that move. The worker has to scrape, lift, push, and dump while watching for a hoof or a horn, on a surface that is wet and slippery.

Scraping manure from concrete takes a different motion from forking straw out of a bedded stall. Pressure washing a farrowing crate is different again. Workers decide where to start so they do not walk waste back over a clean section, how full to load a barrow before it becomes unsafe to tip, and when to move an animal out before working around it.

Our camera rig captures the first-person view from the worker plus two or three fixed cameras covering the pen and the path to the muck heap. The streams are time-aligned. Shifts are recorded whole, in operating farms, not staged.

The delivered data arrives segmented into steps: clearing a stall, loading a barrow, tipping it, hosing down, laying fresh bedding. Each step carries a short description and a success or failure tag. If you want tracked hands and tools, say so. Data is written to your storage in whatever format your pipeline already expects.
