Greenhouse or Nursery Tending

Inside a greenhouse the work is close-range and repetitive, which sounds easy until you watch a worker string tomato vines overhead while standing on a trolley, clip, twist, and lower the vine, then move the trolley forward with a foot. The temperature is high, the aisles are narrow, and the plants are the product, so nothing can be knocked or snapped.

Nursery jobs add potting up, where plugs are lifted from a tray and pressed into a larger pot at the right depth, then spaced on a bench so leaves do not overlap. Workers also pinch growing tips, remove suckers, check for pests on leaf undersides, and water by hand where the drip lines do not reach.

Head-mounted cameras capture the worker's view of each plant and each cut. Fixed cameras cover the aisle and bench so trolley movement and body posture are visible. The streams are synchronized. Recording runs for full shifts in commercial greenhouses and nurseries across five countries.

The researcher receives episodes such as stringing one row or potting one tray, with steps labeled in plain language and tagged success or failure. We offer hand, object, and tool tracking as an option. Files are delivered in your own schema to your own storage. Everyone on camera signed a consent form and was paid for the shift, and the rights allow commercial model training.
